Delivery and Dispatch

CNC IT NOW Ltd committed to excellent customer service and understands importance of fast and safe delivery to you. To ensure that all our orders are delivered safe in shortest time possible we use DPD Tracked Delivery service.

Some of our products, namely CNC equipment or made for order products, take longer to be delivered. However, delivery time of Router Bits is normally within 1 working after placing an order, unless you are based outside of the UK mainland.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.

Please note that some products are for local collection only, please enquire before purchasing products outside of the Router Bits range.

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour, address) once it has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY:

  • UK mainland  £7.00 (next working day delivery)
  • UK territory outside of the mainland £7.00 (2 working days delivery)
  • Outside of the UK £25.00 (3 - 5 working days delivery)

Please allow an extra delivery day for delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern part of Scotland.

 

DAMAGES:

Every order that we send from office is carefully inspected.

Should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to: e-mail us at info@cncitnow.com

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the packaging and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

  • If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
  • If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service Team, please provide your order number (this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail). We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item. Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new order.
